UGM Hotel Block opens June 13, 2024 at Noon (CT)

Reservations in the UGM hotel block can be made after you register, via a link in your registration confirmation email. Transportation from the hotel to Epic (and back) is provided for attendees staying at hotels in the UGM block.

Hotel Rates

Hotel rates in the 2024 UGM hotel block range from $209 to $409/night. These rates are available via the UGM hotel block until 11:59 pm (CT) August 2, 2024, or until they sell out.

UGM 2024 Hotel Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by July 29, 2024 at 4:00 pm (CT). Attendees who cancel reservations the deadline will be charged the equivalent of one (1) night room plus tax. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file with Meetingmax or the hotel.

NO-SHOW POLICY & FEES

Attendees who do not cancel reservations and do not check-in on the scheduled date (no-show) may be charged the full amount of all reserved nights plus applicable taxes. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file with Meetingmax or the hotel. Exceptions are at the hotel's sole discretion.
